Week 4: Character

Working safe and aware:
You will walk around and receive instructions via the video to enable you to participate and focus on the exercise. As you will be walking please consider to change your direction from time to time, especially when working in a small space to avoid dizziness.
Please put your laptop on a table or even higher on eye level. This will help you connect to the work more easily.
Make sure you’re in a space where you can work privately and uninterrupted Have enough space to reach out freely in each direction without hitting anything No sharp corners, cords, loose objects or other trip hazards around Wear flexible clothing and avoid jewellery Leave your yoga mat or rug out this time, to enable yourself to walk around freely
Questions:
Please answer these following questions to consolidate your practise. It will be easier to continue the practises in your own way once your experience is translated into your own words.
Did you experience a change of mindset resulting in different feelings and ideas during the exercise?
What did this changing mindset bring you?
Does this exercise help you experience how your posture/movement and tempo/weight of moving can inform your mood?
What is your main take away from this week's practise?
Exercise this week:
1: Observe and sense Observe others around you this week, look how people move, sit and what rhythm they have. Sense your body and play around with small adjustments to find how they alter your mood and expressions.
2: Daily check in moments Check in with your body and become more aware of your posture and energy flow.
3: Practise the pandiculation at least 4 times a week for about 7 minutes.
